Ingredients:
1 2 lb. pkg shredded hash brown potatoes |
3 tbs butter |
2 tsp taco seasoning |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/4-1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper,to taste |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, melt butter over med. heat. Add the potatoes. As the potatoes begin to brown,toss with Taco seasoning,salt and pepper. 2. Serve when potatoes are golden brown,about 10 mins. |
