Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
3 tablespoon(s) chili seasoning mix |
2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano |
2 pound(s) flank steak |
1 tablespoon(s) ground cumin |
1/2 teaspoon(s) kosher salt |
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice |
Directions:
1. Position oven rack 6 inches from broiler, then preheat oven on broil. Combine 3 tbsp chili seasoning mix, brown sugar, cumin, oregano, salt, and lime juice; spread evenly over steak. 2. Place steak on baking sheet; drizzle with 2 tbsp oil. Broil 2-3 minutes on first side; turn steak and broil 5-7 minutes or until 145 (for medium rare). Let steak stand 5 minutes. 3. Slice thinly across the grain. |
