This is a great side dish to make with ingredients you probably have in your pantry and refrigerator. Ingredients:
1 (11 ounce) can corn niblets, drained |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel |
3/4 cup instant rice |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients and place in a greased 2 quart casserole dish. 2. Top with the cheese and bake at 350 degrees farenheit for 30-45 minutes. |
