Another from a Kraft magazine. If you don't have a panini grill, cook sandwiches in a large skillet on med-high heat, 3-5 min on each side or until golden brown. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked chicken breasts, finely chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
2 tablespoons miracle whip light |
2 tablespoons light ranch salad dressing |
8 slices italian bread |
1 large tomato, cut into slices |
4 slices kraft processed cheese slices |
Directions:
1. Heat panini grill to med-high heat. Mix chicken, chili powder, and dressings. 2. Make sandwich with bread slices, chicken mixture, tomatoes, and singles. 3. Grill 3-5 min or until singles are melted and sandwiches are golden brown on both sides. |
