From Betty Crocker's New Eat and Lose Weight Cookbook. Ingredients:
2 3/4 cups bulgur, cooked |
1 cup rice, cooked |
1 cup fat free sour cream |
3/4 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1 teaspoon chili powder |
2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients in loaf pan. 3. Bake 30 minutes. 4. Let stand 10 mins before slicing. |
