Found this on the back of Swanson's Broth can...PERFECT for working moms!!! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 large onion |
1 medium green pepper |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
3/4 cup uncooked rice |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. In skillet, cook beef, onion and pepper until beef is browned and veggies tender. 2. Stir in remaining ingredients. 3. Heat to boiling, cover, cook over low heat about 20 mins or until rice is done. 4. Serve with sour cream and grated cheese. |
