An easy flavorful soup- Ingredients:
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans |
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped |
1 (16 ounce) can corn |
1/2 onion, chopped |
2 carrots, chopped |
3 chicken bouillon cubes |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 dash cayenne pepper |
salt and pepper |
water |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and carrots until tender. 2. In a large pot, add all ingredients including carrots and onion. 3. Add water to barely cover ingredients. 4. Bring to boil; reduce heat to warm. Cook for two hours. 5. Serve with corn bread! |
