baked or smoke honey Turkey, my family loves it with smoked turkey. Ingredients:
2 cups sliced yellow summer squash |
1 medium carrot, thinly sliced |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup diced red or green bell pepper |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/8 tsp black pepper |
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
1 can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted |
1 container(8ounces) sour cream |
1 cup(4ounces) shredded italian cheese blend(fat free) |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 pkg.(6ounce) stuffing mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degreeF. Combine squash,carrot,onion,bell pepper,salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper in medium saucepan; cover with water. Bring to a boil;cook 5 minutes or until tender; drain 2. combine soup and sour cream in 13x9-inch casserole; mix well. Stir in vegetable mixture and spread evenly. Sprinkle cheeses on top. 3. Top with dry stuffing mix. Bake, covered, 30 minutes or until heated through. |
