Ingredients:
1 cup brown sugar |
1 egg white, stiffly beaten |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups pecan halves |
Directions:
1. Stir brown sugar into egg whites. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 2. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet, allowing 2-3 pecans for each cookie. 3. Bake at 250* for 30 minutes. Remove to rack and cool immediately. |
