a recipe that has been past through my family, very yummy! Ingredients:
3 eggs (beaten) |
3/4 cup corn syrup |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup pecans |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 unbaked pie shell |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. cut pecan in half, 2. mix all ingrediants except for pecans and shell (of course). 3. in a med. size bowl on med. speed until smooth. 4. put all pecans in shell and pour mixture over pecans. 5. heat oven on bake at 375*. |
