Southern Pecan Crisps

Ingredients:
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed for 30 minutes (half of a 17.3 oz. package)
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, butter, and pecans.
3. Unfold pastry on a lightly floured surface; roll into a 15 x 12 inch rectangle; cut into twenty 3-inch squares.
4. Press squares into bottoms of 3-inch muffin pan cups.
5. Place 1 heaping teaspoon pecan mixture in center of each.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden.
7. Remove from pans; cool on wire rack; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
