Ready, Set, Cook! Hidden Valley Contest Entry. Great side dish with new red potatoes Ingredients:
4 cups red potatoes |
2 cups baby carrots |
1 medium onion |
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 (8 ounce) package hidden valley original ranch seasoning mix |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese |
1 teaspoon salt |
garlic powder |
paprika |
ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Quarter potatoes and slice and seperate onions. Place in 13 x 9 glass pan. Add carrots & corn. Combine oil, seasoning mix, cheese, salt, and spices. Brush over veggies. Bast several times during baking. Bake 375 degrees for 50 minutes. Enjoy! |
