This is another recipe clipping that Mom collected. I am sure there is one here on Zaar, but I just want to put it here for safe keeping. These are all cut out of magazines and I have no idea which magazine or paper they came from. Some are even newspaper clippings. Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten |
2/3 cup margarine, melted |
2/3 cup sugar |
2/3 cup white corn syrup |
2/3 cup uncooked oats, regular |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell ( 9 in). 2. Bake at 350* for 1 hour. 3. Serve plain or with whipped cream. |
