This is a standing Southern recipe in our home. I've also had it served to me countless times at other homes in the Southern US. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn |
1 (14 ounce) can corn |
1 (8 ounce) box jiffy cornbread mix |
1/2 cup melted butter |
8 ounces sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix and bake at 350 for 55 minutes. |
