This is a family recipe that can be used everyday or on any special occassion. Simple & inexpensive to make! Ingredients:
8 ounces cooked macaroni |
1 1/2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese (shredded) |
1 (6 ounce) can evaporated milk |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 egg |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Drain water off macaroni. 3. Add margarine & 1 cup of cheese; Mix. 4. Add can milk & egg; Mix. 5. Add sugar & salt; Mix. 6. Empty ingredients into casserole dish, and top with remaining cheese. 7. Cook for 30 minutes. 8. Serve hot & enjoy! |
