oh so good Ingredients:
4 large eggs, well beaten |
4 2/3 cups evaporated milk |
1 1/2 lbs extra-sharp cheddar cheese |
1 lb romano cheese |
4 cups uncooked macaroni |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/4 cup softened butter |
paprika, to taste |
Directions:
1. cook macaroni in 1 tbl. salt (do not overcook noodles. rinse quickly and drain.). 2. melt butter into the macaroni by stirring. 3. layer- macaroni, paprika, cheese, macaroni, paprika, cheese, etc. 4. beat eggs and evaporated milk well. pour over mac n cheese. sprinkle bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes. |
