Creamy inside with a crispy pecan top. Ingredients:
1 refrigerated pie crust, unbaked |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped |
1/4 cup sugar |
3 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 cup light corn syrup |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Combine the 1/2 cup sugar, egg, salt, and cream cheese. Spoon into crust. 2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over filling. 3. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. 4. Cool and serve. |
