Ingredients:
1 whole frying chicken, cut into quarters |
salt and pepper |
paprika |
cayenne |
1 cup flour |
vegetable oil, for frying |
Directions:
1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne. Roll in flour. Deep fry in large skillet until juices run clear and crust is golden brown. Drain on paper towels. |
