Delicious and quick, great for a barbecue! Ingredients:
2 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise |
2 tbsp nonfat plain yogurt |
2 tbsp distilled white vinegar |
1 tbsp sugar |
1/2 tsp celery seed |
2 cups finely shredded green cabbage |
1 carrot, grated |
salt & fresly ground pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise, yogurt, viegar, sugar and celery seed until smooth. Add cabbage and carrot and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. ( The coleslaw will keep, covered in the fridge for up to 1 day). |
