This is great for all meat types. Ingredients:
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/2 cup diced celery |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 cups ketchup |
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In skillet, brown the onion and celery in the butte. 2. Add all ingredients and simmer on low for 10 to 15 minutes. |
