Moosewood Low Fat Favorites Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsweetened crushed canned pineapple |
1 tablespoon light miso |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. 2. Covered and refrigerated, this dressing will keep for about a week. |
