Not one ingredient not to love! Oh, the addition of an apple adds a nice crunch. Don't forget, add the banana just before serving.
Ingredients:
1 pint strawberry, hulled and cut in half
3 large oranges, peeled and sectioned
3/4 cup fresh orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 bananas, sliced
coconut (freshly grated is best)
Directions:
1. Place strawberries and oranges in serving bowl.
2. Combine orange juice and honey; mix well.
3. Pour over fruit.
4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5. Add bananas and mix.
