I first tried these when on a cruise. The bartender was nice enough to show me how to make them. Ingredients:
1 ounce gin |
1/2 ounce galliano |
1/2 ounce blue curacao |
7-up |
Directions:
1. Add the gin and Galliano to a ice-filled highball glass; stir. 2. Add in 7-UP until glass is about 3/4 full. 3. Pour the blue curacao in gently and let it sink to the bottom of the glass. 4. Give the glass a little shake. 5. Serve with a straw. |
