South of the Border Meat Sauce over Baked Potato |

Great meat sauce to serve over baked potatoes. Ingredients:
1 lb ground meat, browned |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, crushed, use hand mixer to crush |
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained |
1 -8 ounce tomato sauce |
1 -4 ounce chopped green chili, mild |
1 tablespoon chili powder |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Simmer 15 minutes. 3. Serve over baked potato and top with cheddar cheese. |
