South of the Border Meat Sauce over Baked Potato

Great meat sauce to serve over baked potatoes.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground meat, browned

1 large onion, chopped

1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes, crushed, use hand mixer to crush

1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained

1 -8 ounce tomato sauce

1 -4 ounce chopped green chili, mild

1 tablespoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Simmer 15 minutes.
3. Serve over baked potato and top with cheddar cheese.
