Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) can fat-free refried beans |
1/2 cup hot salsa |
vegetable cooking spray |
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine beans and salsa; stir well. Spoon mixture into an 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. |
