This one-skillet dinner features chicken simmered in a tasty sauce made with Campbell's® Condensed Broccoli-Cheese Soup, served over rice and topped with Pace® Chunky Salsa, sour cream and slice avocado. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter or margarine |
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts |
1 (10.75 ounce) can campbell's® condensed broccoli cheese soup (regular or 98% fat free) |
1/3 cup milk |
4 cups hot cooked rice |
pace® thick & chunky salsa |
sour cream |
1 small avocado, sliced (optional) |
Directions:
1. Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. 2. Add soup and milk and heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Serve with rice. Top with salsa, sour cream and avocado. |
