From my collection of handwritten recipes. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 dash pepper |
3 tablespoons chili powder |
12 corn tortillas |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
3/4 cup milk |
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Brown and drain beef. Add onion, garlic, tomato sauce, pepper, and chili powder. Simmer. Place 6 tortillas in bottom of 9x13 pan, and cover with meat mixture. Place remaining tortillas on top. Pour soup mixed with milk over them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes. |
