South of the Border Burgers

For the cheese use Monterey Jack, and instead of mustard, etc, use prepared guacamole
Ingredients:
1 3/4 lbs ground chuck
1 egg (optional)
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
4 hamburger buns
1 dash salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
prepared guacamole (for topping)
4 slices monterey jack cheese
Directions:
1. Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
2. Form into 4 (1/2 inch) patties.
3. Cook on grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or 4-5 minutes in a skillet.
4. Toast buns, add hamburger and cheese, melt cheese.
5. Add guacamole and serve.
