Another newsletter recipe. This is a Phase 1 recipe.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
3/4 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons sugar substitute
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/2 tablespoons malt vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot over medium heat. 2. Simmer for 5 minutes. 3. Refrigerate until serving. 4. Keeps covered in the refrigerator for 1 week.
