I just started phase 1 and I haven't been able to find any dessert recipes so I came up with my own. These turned out yummy and satisfied my chocolate craving. *** Make a note that this is two days worth of nut rations. (Don't eat them all on the same day.) Ingredients:
30 pecan halves, chopped fine |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
2 teaspoons cocoa powder |
2 teaspoons sugar substitute |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. 4. Bake for 8 minutes or until firm to the touch. |
