I am on South Beach and made this recipe up. I love it for lunch. My Shoprite sells broccoli slaw in bags in the produce section. Phase 2 recipe. Ingredients:
1 -2 cup broccoli coleslaw mix |
1 apple, chopped |
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts |
2 -3 tablespoons low-fat blue cheese dressing |
1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all above ingredients together. Serve immediately. 2. (Sometimes I add cubed chicken breast). |
