I am on South Beach and made this recipe up. I love it for lunch. My Shoprite sells broccoli slaw in bags in the produce section. Phase 2 recipe.
Ingredients:
1 -2 cup broccoli coleslaw mix
1 apple, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 -3 tablespoons low-fat blue cheese dressing
1 tablespoon of crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
1. Mix all above ingredients together. Serve immediately.
2. (Sometimes I add cubed chicken breast).
