SB recipe without salt and walnuts Ingredients:
1 1/2 c whole wheat flour |
2 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 tsp ground cinnamon |
3/4 c buttermilk |
3 tbsp canola oil |
2 tbsp splenda brown |
2 tbsp splenda |
1 egg |
1/2 apple |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Coat muffin pan with cooking spray or line with paper cups. 2. In medium bowl,combine flous, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. 3. In large bowl, combine buttermilk, oil, brown sugar, sugar, and egg. 4. Peel and finely chop 1/2 medium apple. 5. Stir flour into buttermilk mixture. Add apples. 6. Bake 12-15 minutes. Makes 6 regular or 12 small muffins. Calories for 6. |
