From the Commonsence Cookery Book, Book 2. Ingredients:
2 large ripe avocados, mashed |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
1 1/4 teaspoons salt |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Combine avocado, onion, garlic, seasonings and mayonnaise with half bacon. 2. Cover the top completely with bacon and chopped parsley to help keep good green color. |
