Sourdough Wheat Bread for Bread Machine |

This is a recipe I am still tweaking. Please feel free to provide feedback. Ingredients:
3/4 cup beer (i use rolling rock) |
1 cup sourdough starter (i used #67075) |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup bread flour |
1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bread machine in order given. 2. Set bread machine to basic white, 1.5 lb loaf, light crust. |
