Old fashioned Sourdough Pancakes and fruit sauce, what more could you want for Breakfast! From Recipe Club on the Net. Ingredients:

the night before stir together |
2 cups flour |
2 cups warm water |
1 package yeast |
cover with wax paper; let sit overnight on the counter. next morning |
add |
1 egg |
1 tbsp oil |
1 tsp baking soda which has been dissolved in 1 tbsp water |
1 tsp salt |
1 tbsp sugar |
mix well and cook on a hot gridle. |
fruit sauce |
1 apple chopped |
1 pear chopped |
1 cup orange juice |
1/3 cup honey |
1 tbsp cornstarch |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. In medium saucepan, combine apple, pear, orange juice, honey. Over 2. medium heat, bring mixture to a boil; stirring occasionally. Reduce 3. heat; simmer 8 to 10 minutes, until fruit is tender.
