Another recipe from the vegetarian cookbook of the 70s Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 cups milk |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
2 tablespoons sugar |
2 tablespoons corn oil |
Directions:
1. The night before, Mix 2 cups flour and the 2 cups of milk. 2. Keep in microwave or a cool dark place covered over night. 3. Next morning add and mix together eggs, baking soda, salt, baking powder,sugar and corn oil. 4. Let set for 1 hour 5. Cook on griddle. |
