for the bread machine Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups sourdough starter |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 1/4 cups oats |
3 1/2 cups bread flour |
2 teaspoons yeast |
2/3-3/4 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to bread machine and set on basic cycle. Adjust consistency of dough with milk during kneading, as needed. |
