Sourdough Biscuits

These have a real sour flavor to them.
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup cooking oil (i use a vegetable/canola blend)
1 cup sourdough starter (allow to come to room temperature)
Directions:
1. Measure the first four ingredients into a medium bowl. Stir well.
2. Add cooking oil and sourdough starter. Stir to form a ball See Photo. Turn out onto a floured surface. Roll or pat 3/4” thick. Cut into 2” rounds See Photo. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 425F oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
