Sourdough Bacon Cheese Bread |

This goes fast at a BBQ or Football Party. So good! Warning: Not for those with high cholesterol. Ingredients:
round sourdough loaf |
garlic butter |
swiss cheese shredded |
bacon |
Directions:
1. Cut Round Sourdough Loaf in half sideways 2. Spread Garlic Butter on both halves 3. Sprinkle a bunch of Swiss Cheese over the butter 4. Put both halves of bread back together as if it were a sandwich 5. Over the top, lay raw bacon over the loaf and wrap in tin foil 6. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes with the whole loaf wraped 7. During the last 15 minutes of baking, just open the top a little so the bacon gets crispy. |
