Goes great with GreenHouse Crab Cake recipe. Ingredients:
1/2 head red cabbage, thinly sliced |
2 red bell peppers, roasted, peeled, seeded, and julienned |
1/2 large onion, julienned |
1 dill pickles, julienned |
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients very well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep refrigerated. |
