For variation add 1 cup grated apple,carrots or blueberries. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2/3 cup sour milk |
1/2 cup unsweetened fruit juice |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients together. 2. Beat eggs, oil,milk,and juice til blended. 3. Add to dry ingredients. 4. Stir to just moistened. 5. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. 6. Bake 400F 20 minutes or until browned. |
