Sour Milk Muffins (Diabetic)

For variation add 1 cup grated apple,carrots or blueberries.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2/3 cup sour milk
1/2 cup unsweetened fruit juice
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients together.
2. Beat eggs, oil,milk,and juice til blended.
3. Add to dry ingredients.
4. Stir to just moistened.
5. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
6. Bake 400F 20 minutes or until browned.
