I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Mrs. Dash. Ingredients:
1 cup light sour cream |
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons mrs. dash seasoning mix (original blend) |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in small bowl; mix well. 2. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours or overnight. 3. Stir when ready to serve. |
