These waffles are ALWAYS moist inside and crunchy outside. They are wonderful for breakfast or as the base of a savory meal. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
8 ounces sour cream |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup flour |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a bowl. 2. Add everything else and mix well. 3. Bake in oiled waffle iron until nice and brown. |
