Sour Cream Vegetable Salad

The revelation here is the salad dressing (including the dill). Substitute whatever vegetables you like. Sometimes I like to include 1/4 cup sliced radishes or to add sweet yellow pepper and carrots sliced paper thin.
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced cucumber
1 cup sliced tomatoes or 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup sliced onion
1 teaspoon dried dill
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables.
2. Toss with dill.
3. Mix remaining ingredients andtoss with vegetables.
