Sour Cream Vegetable Salad |

The revelation here is the salad dressing (including the dill). Substitute whatever vegetables you like. Sometimes I like to include 1/4 cup sliced radishes or to add sweet yellow pepper and carrots sliced paper thin. Ingredients:
1 cup sliced cucumber |
1 cup sliced tomatoes or 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes |
1 cup sliced onion |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
1 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine vegetables. 2. Toss with dill. 3. Mix remaining ingredients andtoss with vegetables. |
