1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
2 cups beef broth |
1 (8-ounee) carton commercial sour cream |
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms |

Directions:
1. Combine flour and broth in a heavy saucepan, stirring well. Add sour cream, mushrooms and salt; stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. |
