Sour Cream Raisins Bread

This makes a moist, tender loaf..We love it for chicken salad sandwishes, french toast or toast of course..Yummy!!
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup raisins
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
2. Add brown sugar and raisins. Stir well.
3. Now add the eggs, milk, sour cream and melted butter. Stir well, but don't overmix.
4. Pour batter into a well greased 8x4 laof pan.
5. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
6. Cool 20-30 minutes in the pan. Turn out onto wire rack to completely cool.
7. This is wonderful served with butter.
