Chewy raisins, crunchy pecans, and smooth sour cream will wake up your tastebuds! This is a very old recipe that come from a friend of mine Ingredients:
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust |
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups white sugar |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup raisins |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 2. In a medium bowl, beat together eggs and sugar until smooth and lemon-colored. Add sour cream, raisins, and pecans. Stir well and pour mixture into pastry shell. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake an additional 45 minutes. Cool before serving. |
