Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 (8-ounce) carton commercial sour cream |
1 cup raisins |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
1 unbaked (9-inch) pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a medium mixing bowl until thick and lemon colored. Stir in sugar. Add sour cream, raisins, and pecans; blend well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°; bake 45 minutes. Cool. |
