Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons sugar
Directions:
1. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla then add eggs one at a time and beat well.
2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
3. Stir one third of the flour mixture into creamed mixture and stir until blended.
4. Add half of the sour cream and blend.
5. Repeat procedure ending with dry ingredients.
6. Pour one third of the batter into a greased bundt pan.
7. Combine pecans, sugar and cinnamon then sprinkle one third of mixture onto the batter and repeat with remaining batter.
8. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
9. Cool one hour in pan.
