Ingredients:
3 teaspoon(s) celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon(s) cider vinegar |
5 eggs (hard-boiled) |
6 large red potatoes (boiled, peeled, and chopped) |
1 large sweet onion (chopped) |
2-3 teaspoon(s) liquid smoke |
1 cup(s) mayonnaise |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
3 tablespoon(s) sweet pickle relish (heaping) |
1 teaspoon(s) yellow mustard |
Directions:
1. Combine potatoes, onion, chopped egg whites and pickle relish. Mash egg yolks in a sauce pan. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, celery seed, and liquid smoke. Mix well and heat just until mixture starts to bubble. Add potato mixture and blend. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let set for several hours before serving |
